Together, they give a simple visual record of a region where geology, history, architecture, and local culture meet.
Kataleh Khor Cave – غار کتله خور
Kataleh Khor Cave is one of the remarkable limestone caves of Zanjan Province, located near Garmab. The cave is known for its long underground passages, large chambers, and natural formations such as stalactites and stalagmites. Its geological structure and quiet underground atmosphere make it an interesting place not only for tourism, but also for observing the slow natural processes that shape limestone landscapes over long periods of time.

Soltaniyeh Dome – گنبد سلطانیه
The Soltaniyeh Dome, also known as the Mausoleum of Oljaytu, is one of the most important historical monuments in Zanjan Province. Built in the early 14th century during the Ilkhanid period, it is famous for its large turquoise dome, brick structure, and rich architectural decoration. The monument is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered an important example in the development of Persian and Islamic architecture.

Municipality of Soltaniyeh – شهرداری سلطانیه
The Municipality of Soltaniyeh is part of the contemporary urban landscape surrounding one of Iran’s most important historical sites. Although the town is mainly known for the Soltaniyeh Dome, its streets, public buildings, and everyday urban spaces also reflect the modern life of a small historical town in Zanjan Province.

Zanjan Handicrafts
Zanjan is well known for its traditional handicrafts, especially handmade knives, metalwork, copperware, and other local artisanal products. These crafts are part of the cultural identity of the city and show the continuity of manual skills, local materials, and traditional forms of production in everyday life.

Rakhtshooy Khaneh is a historical washhouse in Zanjan that has been converted into an anthropology museum. Salt Men Museum – موزه مردان نمکی
